| John Blade Biography |
| Hey
everybody! Well I finally got around to updating my website…about
time huh! I just graduated college and am beginning my new life
as an occupational therapist. I have to say the healthcare field
of practice in college is one of the hardest endeavors that I have
ever undertaken, but I made it. My last bodybuilding competition
was the Evergreen State in 2002, and I am going to start competing
again this summer and fall.
Now that college is over I am going to begin a new and grand phase
of my life. Paintballing, rollerblading, mountain biking, camping,
fishing, hiking, martial arts, archery, concerts, clubbing, traveling
around the globe, and spending time with family and friends are
all on the menu. Life is Good!
I was born in Wenatchee Washington. I grew up most of my life,
living on a ranch or farm. I love the green mountains of
Washington, N. Idaho, and Montana. I am single and living life to
its fullest. I have never married and have no children. I love life,
and the people I encounter in it. God has blessed me witha wonderful
family and always provides for me the necessities of life. I have
three beautiful younger sisters, and an awesome little brother.
I try to be a good big bro and role model.
I am 5'10, and have blue eyes, brown hair, and a very muscular physique. I
love to lift weights and live a very active lifestyle. I have many friends. My
hobbies include roller-blading, snowboarding, skiing, archery, hunting, mountain
biking. I love motorcycles, fast cars, big trucks, and loud stereos. I love to
sail in my Dad's large sail- boat in the summers. In the winter, I am breaking
powder up at Mission Ridge and Steven's Pass ski areas. I love to dance on the
weekends and socialize with all of my friends.
I make trips over to the Seattle area often to compete in bodybuilding shows,
go clubbing, and shopping.
Bodybuilding has been a passion of mine for years now. I love to
compete, and the discipline I have attained throughout my life while
preparing for a show. In most of my shows I am the leanest competitor
on stage. I love the attention that being ripped gives me.
I work as a personal trainer, and in the Cardiopulmonary Rehab
Center. I am currently an occupational therapist (OT). I am very
successful in everything I do, and any goals I may wish to achieve.
I believe it is due to my discipline and responsible nature.
I love to train with weights at the gym. I work out about 4-5 times
a week. My goal is to be a ripped 205lbs. Not freaky big, but definitely
buff. I am a natural athlete and eat a lot of calories, because
my metabolism is so high. I am very strong
for my size. I currently can squat 405lbs for a 5-rep max. I am
dead-lifting 495lbs for a max of 4 reps.
My life dream is to make it big in the film industry, and become
a famous movie star. I am confident that I will have achieved this
goal by the time I finish college. I am taking the plunge this spring,
and maybe you'll be hearing the name John Blade in the near future.
To all my fans, I appreciate the support. Keep tabs on my progress
by returning to my Website.
God Bless
John
